When sending emails from Microsoft Outlook, the email signature of the selected employee is set by default. You can also sign emails on behalf of colleagues within eformity. You can do this in two simple steps:

  1. Open the sidebar in Microsoft Outlook
  2. Select a signature

Step 1: Open the sidebar in Microsoft Outlook

The first step to sign an email on behalf of a colleague is to open the sidebar in Microsoft Outlook. The eformity sidebar is only active in the 'New Email' window. First, click 'New Email' in the ribbon.

A new window will open to write an email. In this new window, the eformity sidebar will automatically open. If this does not happen, you can open the sidebar with the 'Sidebar' button in the ribbon.

Step 2: Select a signature

In the eformity sidebar, you can now choose a signature. You do this by double-clicking (relatively quickly) on a signature. Additionally, you can select the signature first and then click the 'Play' icon. The signature will now be inserted.

Don't see other signatures?

If you don't see other signatures, you haven't created any additional employees yet. First, create an additional employee with the desired information.
