Eformity offers the ability to draft documents on behalf of colleagues. This article explains step-by-step how to do this:

  1. Open the eformity sidebar
  2. Go to 'My account'
  3. Open the 'Employee' window
  4. Choose an employee

Step 1: Open the eformity sidebar

The first step is to open the eformity sidebar. You can do this in any Microsoft Office application that integrates with eformity. In this example, we'll use Microsoft Word. The sidebar should open automatically; if not, you can open it manually using the "Show/Hide Sidebar" button.

Step 2: Go to 'My account'

Once the eformity sidebar is open, navigate to your account. Click on your profile picture in the sidebar. In the image below, the profile picture is circled.

Step 3: Open the 'Employee' window

After accessing 'My account', open the 'Employee' window. To do this, click on the 'Employee' section within your account interface. This section is circled below.

Step 4: Choose an employee

With the 'Employee' window open, select the desired colleague by clicking on their name or row (number 1 in the image).

Desired colleague not listed?

If your desired colleague isn't listed, they may not have been added yet. You'll need to create a new employee profile first.

Once you've selected a colleague, their row will highlight with a light blue background. The final step is to click the blue button labeled 'Select' (number 2 in the image).
