Changing the dialogue language (classic)
Classic version
This article is for the classic version. Read how to change the dialogue language in the updated version.
Eformity allows you to change the dialogue language at any time. The dialogue language is the language displayed within eformity. This does not refer to the document language. If you want to change the document language, you can refer to this article.
Step 1: Open the Template Manager in Microsoft Word
To change the dialogue language in the classic version of eformity, you first need to open Microsoft Word. Then, you can open the 'Template Manager' by clicking on the eformity logo in the ribbon. The eformity logo (in the ribbon) is circled in the image below.

Step 2: Open the settings in the Template Manager
When you click on the eformity logo (in the ribbon), a new window will open. In the new window, you can click on 'Documents' (circled in the image).

A menu with three different items will now open: 'Documents', 'Datasources', and 'Settings'. In this menu, click on the item titled 'Settings'. This item is circled in the image.

Step 3: Change the dialogue language in the settings
Now that the settings are open, you can change the dialogue language. If you click on the current language in this screen, a dropdown menu will open. You can now select the desired language. The chosen language will remain active until you change it again.

Desired language not listed?
If the desired language is not listed among the options, it has not been created or activated yet. Creating and activating languages must be done by system or subscription administrators.
