Is eformity already installed within your organization?

For more information on installation and the different versions, you can check the Installation category.

Once the software is installed in your environment, there are still a few important things to know before you can start using eformity:

  1. Logging in
  2. Searching for, creating, selecting, and editing an employee

Logging in

Every new user must log in with their own credentials. In almost every installation, the system administrator has created an account for you. This allows you to easily log in with your own Microsoft account or with the credentials you received from the system administrator.

Your account has various properties set. For instance, your user account specifies what authorizations you have. Some users are authorized to add and modify organizations and locations in the system. Others have access to specific templates that are not available to the average user.

Did not receive login credentials?

If you have not received login credentials, you need to contact the system administrator. They will need to create an account for you.

Searching for, creating, selecting, and editing an employee

Once logged into eformity, you can find or create your own employee details (separate from the aforementioned account details). The employee details include your personal information used in, for example, an email signature or the signing of a letter.

The employee details contain your email address, phone number, and name. Additionally, it specifies which organization and/or location you belong to, ensuring that the correct sender details are placed on a letter or email. The next article describes how to find, create, select, or edit an employee.
