Creating documents on behalf of colleagues (classic)

You can easily create documents on behalf of colleagues within eformity. This article outlines the steps involved in doing so. The steps to create documents on behalf of colleagues are as follows:

  1. Open the Template Manager
  2. Open the 'Employee' Window
  3. Select an Employee

Step 1: Open the Template Manager

To create documents on behalf of a colleague, you must first open the Template Manager. You can access the Template Manager within any Microsoft application that integrates with eformity. In this article, we will use Microsoft Word. To open the Template Manager, click on the eformity logo in the ribbon.

Step 2: Open the 'Employee' window

Once you have opened the Template Manager, you can access the 'Employee' window. Click on the text 'Employee' to open this window. It is circled in the image below.

Step 3: Select an employee

Clicking on 'Employee' (from the previous step) will open a new window displaying a list of all employees. To create a document on behalf of a colleague, you need to select an employee.

Is the desired colleague not listed here?

If the desired colleague is not listed in the overview, they may not have been created yet. You will need to create a new employee first (classic).

You can do this by clicking on the name (or row) of the desired employee (number 1). Once the desired employee is selected, click on the 'OK' button (number 2).
