Changing the document language

Within eformity, you can easily change the document language. This is ideal if you want to create templates in a different language. In this article, you will learn how to change the document language within the eformity sidebar. You can change the document language in three steps:

  1. Open the eformity sidebar
  2. Click on the document language option
  3. Change the document language

Are the datasource details translated?

Note!

Eformity does not translate the document automatically, you need to translate the content and data manually.

Step 1: Open the eformity sidebar

The first step to changing the document language is to open the desired Microsoft application. In this article, we use Microsoft Word as an example. When the application is opened, the sidebar will automatically open. If this is not the case, you can open the sidebar with the button shown in the image below.

Step 2: Click on the document language option

When the eformity sidebar is open, you can click on the document language option. This option is located next to the 'profile picture'. In the image below, this option is circled.

Step 3: Change the document language

In the previous step, the document language window opened. In this window, you can switch the document language. To switch languages, click on the desired language. The window will automatically close once the document language is changed. Below is an image of this window.
