Changing document language (classic)
Classic version
This article is for the classic version. The article "Changing the document language" explains how to change the document language in the updated version of eformity.
If your organization communicates in multiple languages, you can easily switch between different document languages within eformity. This article explains in three steps how to change the document language in the classic version of eformity.
Are the datasource data translated?
Before you begin using other languages, the data must be translated. Curious how to translate the data? This is explained in the article on searching for, creating, selecting, and editing employees.
Note!
Eformity does not translate the document automatically, you need to translate the content and data manually.
Step 1: Open the Template Manager
Changing the document language can be done in any Microsoft Office application (as long as it works with eformity). In this article, we use Microsoft Word as an example. To change the document language, first open the Template Manager by clicking on the eformity logo in the ribbon.

Step 2: Click on the language option in the Template Manager
Once the Template Manager is open, you can click on the language option. This language option is located under the 'Create Document' tab. In the image below, this language option is circled.

Step 3: Change the language
After clicking on the language option, a dropdown menu will appear with all available languages. In this dropdown menu, click on the desired language. You have now changed the document language.
