Signing emails on behalf of a colleague (classic)

Within eformity, you can sign emails on behalf of colleagues. This article explains how to do this. Signing emails on behalf of colleagues involves two steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook
  2. Select a signature

Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook

The first step to sending an email on behalf of a colleague is to open Microsoft Outlook. Then, you need to create a new email. Create a new email in the usual manner.

Step 2: Select a signature

In the previous step, a new window will open to compose a new email. You can then choose a colleague’s email signature from the 'Signature' dropdown menu. This dropdown menu is circled in the image below.

If you don't see other signatures, you haven't created any additional employees yet. First, create an additional employee with the desired information.

The list may contain many names you do not want to use. Depending on your organization's settings, it is possible to shorten this list.
