If your template administrator has saved slides to your eformity library, you can easily reuse them in any PowerPoint presentation. This ensures consistent branding and reduces the time spent rebuilding frequently used slides.

Why use saved individual slides?

Saved slides help maintain a consistent presentation style across your organization. Whether it’s a company overview, a legal disclaimer, or a branded cover page, reusing standardized slides keeps your content aligned and professional.

Inserting a saved slide into your presentation

Step 1: Open your PowerPoint presentation

Start by opening the presentation in which you want to use a saved slide. Make sure the eformity side panel is visible. If it isn’t, click the Task Pane button in the ribbon to open it.

Step 2: Navigate to the Slides section

In the eformity side panel, click the Slides tab. This is where all stored slides are listed. You can browse through the collection or use the search bar to quickly find a specific slide.

Step 3: Insert the desired slide

Double-click the slide you want to insert or select it and click the Play icon. The selected slide will automatically be added to your PowerPoint presentation after the slide that is selected. You can insert as many saved slides as needed.

Step 4: Adjust if necessary

Once inserted, the slide can be modified just like any other PowerPoint slide. You can edit text, reposition elements, or adjust visuals. However, it’s not recommended to make major layout changes, as this may affect visual consistency across your presentations.

Any changes you make here only affect the slide in your current presentation. The version stored in the eformity library remains unchanged.
