Adding images to an email signature
Almost every email signature includes images, such as social media icons. To use images in your email signature, you must first upload them to eformity. This article explains how to upload and use images in your email signature.
Warning
This does not apply to logos. Logos are variable data sourced from the organization’s datasource.
Step 1: Log in to the eformity web interface
Adding images in eformity is done within the web interface, so you need to log in at companyname.eformity.net. You can log in with your personal credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Configuration' section
Once logged in to the web interface, navigate to the 'Configuration' section. Do this by clicking on the hamburger menu icon. This icon is circled in the image below.

A new element will now open on the left side of the page. This new element contains up to five different tiles. Click on the tile with the text 'Configuration'.

Step 3: Open the 'Images' overview
If you clicked on 'Configuration' in the previous step, a new page will open. On this new page, you can click on 'Images' under 'Email'. This is circled in the image below.

Step 4: Add a new image
Once you have opened the images overview, you can add a new image. Use the 'Add' button to upload a new image.

A new element will now open on the right side of the page. Within this new element, you provide the image information, such as naming the image and uploading it from your computer.

Warning
Not all image formats are accepted. You can upload the following file types: PNG, JPEG, and GIF. Additionally, the image size may be up to 256 KB.
Step 5: Use the image in the email signature
Once you have added an image, you can use it in the email signature. To add an image to the signature, simply use an HTML image tag. However, if you want to use an image from the images list, use 'cid:' + 'image name' as the source. Use nosend="1" to prevent images from being sent as attachment.
<img src="cid:linkedin" width="25" height="20" alt="LinkedIn" nosend="1" />
