Automatically clean up users
Eformity has a handy feature for automatically cleaning up users, which helps to ensure that users who no longer work for the organization do not remain indefinitely in the system. This article explains step by step how to set this up.
Step 1: Log in to the eformity web environment
First, log in to the eformity web environment at yourcompanyname.eformity.net with your personal credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to 'My subscription'
After logging in, click the gear icon to go to the subscription section. This icon is circled in the image below.

A new element will appear on the right side of the page. Click on 'My subscription' in this new element to navigate to your subscription.

Step 3: Configure 'User cleanup'
You are now in the 'My subscription' section. Here, you can set up user cleanup. Click on 'User cleanup' in the menu, as circled in the image below.

A new page will open. Click the 'Edit' button to configure the user cleanup settings. The table below provides information on all available fields.
Field name | Description |

Active | Indicates whether the functionality should be active. |
Notify after _ days | Enter the number of days of inactivity after which the user will receive a notification that the account will be deleted. |
Warning after _ days | Enter the number of days of inactivity after which the user will receive a warning that the account will be deleted. |
Delete after _ days | Enter the number of days of inactivity after which the account will be deleted. |
Notify user | Indicates whether notifications should be sent to the user. If not checked, you do not need to fill in the notification fields. |
Report to | Enter an email address where a report of deleted accounts will be sent (daily if applicable). |
