There are different versions of eformity. We always recommend the MSI version. This article explains the steps to download and install the eformity add-in (MSI version).

Tip!

If you already have an older version installed, you do not need to uninstall it first.

System requirements

• Microsoft Office 2016 or later (32- or 64-bit)
• Microsoft Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8. or later
• Approximately 25MB of disk space for initial installation
• Approximately 100MB of disk space for caching (depending on configuration)
• Internet connection

Step 1: Download the add-in

Before you can install the MSI, you need to download the latest version. You can find all available versions by clicking the button below. Once you open the page, you can download the latest version of the 'Microsoft Office Add-in.'

Step 2: Start and complete the installation wizard

Once the download is complete, you can open the downloaded file by double-clicking it in the 'Downloads' folder on your computer. This will start the installation wizard.

You will see several options in the wizard. You can choose between cloud-based (most common) or on-premise (self-hosted) server. If you did not choose on-premise, you can enter the subscription code we provided. The environment remains eformity.net unless otherwise specified.

If you prefer to work on-premise, enter the desired server address. To complete the installation wizard, simply click the orange 'Install' button.

Step 3: Complete the Installation

The installation should not take long and will notify you when eformity has been successfully installed. After this, you can use the eformity.net software for Microsoft Office.
