This release introduces extended support for advanced properties on templates, SmartParts, and projects. It is now possible to set a default document per folder, library, or SmartPart. Email signatures can now be automatically inserted on mobile devices. You can also visually sort variables to define how they appear in a dialog. Additionally, various improvements have been made and bugs have been fixed.

Bug fixes

  • Event-based activation in Outlook now only works for eformity.net, not for other environments
  • Event-based activation in Outlook does not always work correctly on desktop
  • Generated email signatures are sometimes incorrectly marked as ‘unknown’
  • Social media icons for organizations cannot be translated
  • Setting advanced properties for a project without a default document causes an error
  • SmartDocuments throw a PermissionException for regular users in a specific scenario
  • Removing a subscription fails during the cleanup phase
  • The Relatics tab is visible in the Add-in when it shouldn't be
  • Editing SmartPart properties in the Add-in (edit mode) fails
  • Filtering countries or actions in telemetry fails when there are many items
